Sworn Coordination Services

Process

How it works

Five steps. The payment structure is step three, because it is the first thing clients ask about.
  1. You send the assignment

Site, dates, hours, how many officers, and how you need them to present. One form, no phone tree.

  2. We confirm we can cover it

We check the schedule against officers available in that area and confirm back to you.

  3. You pay officers directly. We bill coordination separately.

Each officer is paid by you at their own rate, as your vendor. Sworn Coordination Services bills you a separate coordination fee for arranging and administering the assignment. The two never appear on the same document.

    What we bill
A separate coordination fee. Nothing else
  4. Officers claim the assignment

You get the name and agency of each officer covering the assignment before the shift, not on the day.

  5. The assignment is logged

Claims, cancellations, and no-shows are recorded with a timestamp. If there is ever a dispute about who was on site, the log is the answer.

Verification

How officers are verified

Every officer we coordinate is a licensed Texas peace officer: a minimum 736-hour academy, a full background investigation, a psychological evaluation, a medical exam, a drug screen, and a fingerprint criminal history check. The armed private security license requires 45 hours. That is the standard before we check anything. Below is what we check on top of it, against what source, and how often.

Reserve officers are limited to road-related assignments only, per state law.

An officer who cannot produce all five is never put in front of a client. Clients engage officers directly, so this is the record you are engaging them on. If you ask us to confirm any of it for a specific officer on your site, we will.
